The Agile Transformation & Technology Leader will be responsible for enabling high quality, performance, innovation and end user experience for Global Talent Acquisition (GTA). You will work with the GTA team to establish an agile framework for recruiting, incorporate agile tools and build the next generation Scrum Masters within the GTA function. This role will also help drive technology innovation that is an enabler of strategic talent acquisition. You will partner with key leaders from HRIS, Data & Talent Insights, and Watson Talent (Kenexa) teams to infuse GTA needs and ensure critical talent attraction feature development within the product roadmap. You will work toward the next generation incubation GTA cognitive moonshot product that will increase GTAs ability to use cognitive and predictive data insights into talent delivery, talent matching, and assessments for smarter and more predictive outcomes for the business. This is a leadership and change agent role that requires good social skills, collaboration and ability to influence transformation across GTA to meet talent needs across IBM. You will be responsible for: + Executing the process of building / customizing / selecting / implementing high quality solutions of agile and technology that meet the needs of the GTA & business clients. + Monitoring/managing team velocity/throughput. Removing roadblocks and advancing effectively. + Creating Kanban tool process that helps identify, track, report significant performance/progress metrics for the function. + Partnering with TA leaders to build out agile TA hubs and creating operating governance for agile, including: coaching individuals in agile processes and tools, ensuring the correct use of scrum process, and conducting sprint demo and retrospective. + Being responsible for the GTA Technology and partnering with cross function leaders to design, develop, implement and translate GTA requirements to key leaders. + Leading and supporting next generation requirements and process implementation of the ATS/CRM platforms. + Leading cognitive talent acquisition incubation technology to increase talent matching and quality of hire. You should possess: + Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or related degree or equivalent combination of education and experience desired + Experience with HR or Talent Acquisition function + 8 -10 years of professional experience + Certified Agile Coach with deep understanding of Agile practices + Shown success in delivering large and/or complex IT Software Development projects. + Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively in meetings, email and informal discussions. + Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple demands without missing deadlines. + Strong team building skills and partnership orientation; able to coach, mentor or lead by example. + Strong creative analytical skills. + Experience with agile project management tools. + Hands-on experience as a tester, developer or team lead. Role may be located in MA, NY or San Francisco, CA.
