We are currently seeking a Junior Level Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) (MUST be a U.S. Citizen) to join our team! This position will support ISD activities providing support in the assessment, design and development of training programs. The position is in the D.C. Metropolitan area.  

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design with two (2) years of field experience in training, education, curriculum development in instructional design is required

Requirements/Responsibilities:

  • Prior experience working within the Federal Government preferred
  • Conducts needs assessment
  • Design course materials and training solutions that establishes program prerequisites
  • Evaluate curriculum requirements and training needs
  • Integrate multimedia formats in developed courses
  • Review existing courses and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Experience working with Subject Matter Experts and facilitating working sessions.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint
