Space Launch Operations Integrator, Senior

Key Role

Provide systems engineering and integration (SE&I) support to a key National Security Space (NSS) client in space launch and satellite program offices and launch base operating offices. Provide a broad spectrum of operations integration support, including mission rehearsals, mission scheduling, and launch readiness assessments. Support launch base planning, integration, and operational readiness on behalf of the Satellite Program Office. Ensure communications and mission requirements are identified and submitted to support launch and range agencies. Develop technical agenda items for meetings and working groups in direct support of specific launches, including advanced special programs. Facilitate communication between the client's operating locations and launch base organizations. Provide technical support for the servicing, operation, and maintenance of launch infrastructure, satellite vehicle processing facilities, and aerospace ground equipment.\\r

Basic Qualifications:

-7+ years of experience with space launch and satellite vehicle system requirements

-7+ years of experience with the aerospace hardware or software systems engineering life cycle, including design, development, verification and validation, integration, test, and implementation management

-7+ years of experience with technical project management

-7+ years of experience with engineering processes

-Knowledge of mission assurance processes and procedures of NSS clients

-TS/SCI clearance required

-BA or BS degree required\\r

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with briefing and writing authoritative technical documents, including reports and position papers

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

-Knowledge of the NSS clients organizational structure

-Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities, procedures, and information technology tools

-Ability to interact well with crossfunctional teams and working environments

-Ability to interface with internal and external clients

-Ability to perform analysis and assessment

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph preferred

-BA or BS degree in Engineering or a technical, scientific, or related field\\r
