The Innovative Business Solutions (IBSO) - Cloud Service Center(CSC) offers remote development service delivery to global SAP Cloud Solution customer. Our solutions allow SAP customers to adapt existing SAP Cloud solutions to meet their business needs. We also offer the creation of completely new custom cloud applications. With a proven remote delivery model, global coverage, and an experienced delivery team, we help customers increase the value of their Cloud solution while lowering their Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). Our service portfolio starts with simple modifications and goes all the way to completely new customer business scenarios and standalone cloud applications.


In our efforts to meet the increasing business need, we are in search of a certified SAP SuccessFactors Learning Product Owner. The Product Owner will be the Cloud Service Center expert and the go-to person for all SAP SuccessFactors Learning related questions. The ideal candidate will conduct workshops to understand customer requirements, help translate these requirements for the developers to build a solution according to the customer requirements, review and demo the solution to customers.


The SAP SuccessFactors Learning Product Owner will focus on the design and development of solutions in the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System area but might also work with the following applications and platforms such as Other SAP SuccessFactors modules (Onboarding, Recruiting, Employee Central etc), SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Hybris, SAP Ariba, SAP Cloud for Customer.



The ideal candidate will have the ability to:

Successfully lead customer-facing functional and technical workshops to gather customer requirements, translate those requirements into a viable solution, and articulate the value proposition to our customers

Lead the estimation process during the opportunity phase according to CSC best practices and successfully work with all the stakeholders involved such as client partners, account teams, solution architects etc.

Act as a liaison between the customer and various internal / 3rd party teams to realize the customer requirements during project execution

Manage the Product Backlog and prioritize the customer backlogs for each sprint

Work closely with the architects and developers to design and release a solution according to the customer requirements

Work closely with the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Product Management, Engineering and Operations teams to be up-to-date with the product roadmap/rollouts

Work within a global team and successfully manage multiple projects concurrently

Coach new/junior employees in their job



At least 5 years of experience in implementation/development of SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System

In-depth understanding of SaaS/Cloud Methodology, system migration, testing and validation, best practices, business process & governance models etc.

Hands-on experience working with LMS Connectors, LMS oData APIs, LMS Data Services is required.

Experienced in Agile/SCRUM framework and design thinking

Experience working or consulting in various HR fields, particularly Learning Development/Training

Extensive experience in working on large development or implementation projects



Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or related field

SAP SuccessFactors Learning certification is highly desired

Strong presentation and documentation skills

Professional communication skills with all levels of management

Strong business consulting skills in guiding customers both effectively and efficiently with a high-level of engagement.

Strong functional skills and high level of expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Learning.

Intermediate knowledge of HTML coding to consult on functions utilizing this in the Learning module

Fluent in English
