The Business Services Training Specialist’s primary roles are as an online evaluator, facilitator, and trainer supporting Business Services for both retail-store and inside/outside sales teams.  In addition and under the guidance of the Business Services Training Supervisor, the Specialist will be involved with the ongoing development and maintenance of materials to support these efforts, with a strong emphasis on keeping content and delivery-methods current, and relevant to business needs



Facilitate live video-based associate evaluations and group-training sessions (50%)

o    Training sessions typically consist of 5-15 attendees; the Specialist must host and actively solicit for engagement from all attendees.

o    Where the session is an evaluation, maintain a positive testing environment, and complete grading and follow-up for each associate being tested within a reasonable time-frame.

o    Connect with store-management as needed for associates who are not successful on an evaluation.

o    Identify and communicate suggestions for improvements in the materials used for evaluation and learning materials.


Onboard associates in an external sales team role (25%)

o    Primary liaison for new outside sales team hires; coordinates individual training plans and monitors progress against plan.

o    Facilitate one-on-one workflow training for new inside/outside sales team associates.  An individualized training plan will be provided by the PrintPro Training Supervisor.


Contribute to the creation and updating of supporting materials for training and evaluation sessions (15%)

o    The Specialist must be familiar with all subject-matter to be discussed/tested within a session, including the owner of applicable processes and programs.

o    Prepares/updates materials required to facilitate evaluations, and contribute as a subject-matter-expert in the creation/maintenance of source learning materials.

o    Partners with supervisor to create supplementary training based on business needs covering both operational and sales-based programs and processes.  This involves collaboration with internal and external (vendor) partners.

Administrative functions (10%)

o    Coordinate and schedule participants into evaluation and training sessions.

o    Periodically submit completion summaries of associates successful in evaluations.



·         As this role supports a program impacting associates across the country, you will be required to work a flexible schedule. This includes evening and weekend shifts according to management guidelines.

·         Ability to work in an office in a call centre environment using a headset and webcam during most of your shift.

·         Occasional travel.
