Erickson Living, a national leader in integrated health and wellness for senior adults and our 14,000+ employees, is seeking an experienced occupational health clinician and a strong leader for this positon.

Match Your Qualifications Below


  • Qualified candidates will be an MD or DO ideally with board-certification in Occupational Medicine and an additional primary care specialty such as Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with a minimum of 5 years of patient care and employee health experience.
  • Additional degrees in business and/or public health is desirable.
  • Additional training on health plan benefit design is preferred.  
  • Candidate must have successful experience in providing strategic leadership and management of occupational health, employee health and safety, and workers’ compensation programs.
  • Must be a forward-thinking leader who brings state of the art programs and services to the organization.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are required. Must be comfortable and effective working within a matrixed environment and have experience leading high performance teams to success. .
  • Demonstrated success in articulating, evaluating and reporting goals and achievements, areas of improvement and measuring value on investment.  
  • Remains current on best practices and evidenced based strategies for employee injury prevention, infection prevention and control, and health and wellness plan design and engagement strategies.

Other Special Skills Required

  • Extensive knowledge of Occupational Medicine, Wellness, Executive Health and Workers Compensation protocols.
  • Experience in overseeing drug testing for new hires and drivers (DOT).
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in order to interact with workers, company executives and leaders across the company.
  • Strong people skills, business acumen and being politically savvy to meet many competing demands required.
